配送ポリシー
Our Est. fulfillment time is calculated in business days:
- It takes 2-7 business days for apparel products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc.)
- It takes 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (totes, mugs.)
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
Est. Shipping time is calculated in business days:
- USA: 3-4 Business days
- Canada: 6-10 Business days
- Europe: 5-10 Business days
- International: 5-20 Business days
The fulfillment time is added to the shipping time to determine how long the order should take for it to reach its destination.
Fulfillment for LARGE orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.
International Shipping and Fees
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders.
This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Order Has Not Arrived
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Please note: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at hello@faithkindart.com with your order number at hand.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
